We can call you, send you an email or a letter to remind you when a test or service is due. Please let the reception staff know about your preferred mode of contact. It is also requested that you keep us up to date with your current address, phone number and medicare cards/pension card details so that we can contact you in case if needed without any inconvenience. We do this routinely recalls for Pap smears, blood tests, blood pressure reviews, annual health checks, care plan reviews and childhood vaccinations.
Expired medicare/pension details might cause problems for you with your medicare rebates, payments and certain pathology tests and scans when requested.
